The First Due Project exists to raise the standard in the fire service.
We believe leadership development, meaningful training, and real conversations should be accessible, affordable, and rooted in the realities of the job. Too often, growth is locked behind high costs and recycled ideas. We are here to change that.
Through immersive symposiums, publications, scholarships, and leadership initiatives, we create high-impact opportunities designed to strengthen departments and build cultures that attract and retain great people.
This is not another echo chamber.
It is a commitment to better leadership, stronger organizations, and a fire service that refuses to settle for average.
When the first due tones drop, you respond. It is the mission of the First Due Project to make sure you can afford to learn how to be ready when they do. All proceeds benefit The First Due Project Scholarship Fund,<\/a><\/strong> which was created to make sure that opportunity in the fire service is driven by commitment, not money <\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
